Health and fitness became a large part of my daily life when I discovered the gym back in 2013 after making the decision to stop swimming competitively. I fell in love with training and the discipline that I gained. In college I had set the goal to compete in Bodybuilding, and made that goal happen in March 2018. Competing further confirmed my passion for health and fitness. And part of that passion is educating people on the impact that proper training and nutrition can have on them and their life.
