    Thanksgiving has come and gone, which means prep begins on Monday (which is tomorrow!). I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving festivities.     It’s a love/hate relationship. The body can do amazing things (many of which we take for granted), and one of those things being how quickly our bodies can change. It can be extremely discouraging with of how quickly or slowly the body changes – gaining “bad” weight always seems to be far easier than losing it, and losing muscle happens faster than building it.
