As your coach, I will guide you through:

  • Setting Goals – only you can set your goals. I will hold you accountable and keep you on track to achieving your goals.
  • Creating Confidence – in yourself, mentally and physically. With it, you are a weapon.
  • Gaining Control – you’re the one controller of your mind, body, and life. No one or thing can take that from you.
  • Providing Community – of others striving to be the best versions of themselves and encouraging each other along the way!

In our time spent together, my biggest goal is for you to understand, as well as be confident with:

  • Who you are
  • What you’re doing
  • Why you’re doing it
  • How all of the above is going to impact you

1:1 coaching involves training sessions focused on strength and conditioning. In our sessions, we will also have a focus on nutritional habits and daily / lifestyle habits. 

Training sessions will be designed around your physique goals, fitness abilities, and equipment available. 

This coaching option is online-based and includes the following:

  • 4-week weight training and conditioning program
  • 4-6 day training split designed around fitness, strength + aesthetic goals and current fitness level and abilities.
  • Nutrition guidance – calorie and macro-nutrient set up
  • Weekly check-ins – email or call
  • Monthly Reviews – progress photos, measurements, and goal assessment
  • Track workouts through MariahLyn Fitness app via Trainerize
  • 24/7 support through email

Upon choosing this program, you will receive a Client Intake form via email. Please fill all the information within the form out to the best of your ability, this information will help me to understand and create the best program for you.
*If you are within an hour of where I am located, I would also like for an in-person consultation with you to discuss and understand your goals and current lifestyle.

Nutrition is a big puzzle piece when it comes to overall health and wellness. 

  • Personalized calorie and macros based on your goals (broken down into carb, protein, and fat ratios per day)
  • Meal plan provided with 3-4 meal options per meal that will be cycled through for the 4-week period.
  • Grocery / recommended foods list
  • Guide to weekly meal prep + flexible eating
  • Weekly check-ins – email or call
  • Support through text or email
